Many people suffer from it. It is not only an ugly face, but it can also cause pain, itchiness, change to other nails or infection. It is a persistent fungus under the nail that is very difficult to remove. How can you do that in a natural way? Read more….
Garlic is naturally antimicrobial. What you can do is make a foot bath from 10 crushed garlic cloves and 500 ml of water. Put the crushed garlic cloves in water and let them boil for 3–5 minutes. If it has cooled down sufficiently you can use this as a foot bath for 20 minutes. Do this at least 3 times a week and keep going for a while. You can also cut the garlic and spread it twice a day on the nail.
Tea tree oil is an essential oil that also has a strong antimicrobial effect. Put 3 drops of 100% pure oil on the nail and rub the nail in with a cotton ball. This can also be done twice a day and for a longer period of time. You can also do this with lavender oil.
Apply Vicks vaporub to the nail. However, there is petroleum in Vicks and whether you want to put it on your skin? You can also make it yourself with a mixture of essential oils (lemon, eucalyptus, tea tree, lavender and possibly thyme). Mix this with 3 EL of liquid coconut oil and let it harden again.
Drop a small drop of apple onto the nail or through a cotton ball. At least twice a day and continue this until the fungus has grown out. Even better is a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar with tape around the nail and left overnight.
Coat twice a day with coconut oil or aloe vera gel until the nail is healthy again.
2x a day a foot bath with green clay and some drops of tea tree or lavender oil
See which method works best for you and can be sustained. You have to do this for a few weeks to 2–3 months until the nail is healthy again. Add clean socks every day and clean the inside of your shoes with your bare feet. Lime nails are an expression of a health disruption. In addition to this treatment, check for yourself what the state of health and nutrition is, otherwise they will keep coming back.
